A few days ago, I received a letter from Mr. Abraham ( Munich, Germany ) saying they would be selling a "Diet Egg Muffin" for breakfast in the store where I live.
I was really intrigued. I bought the "Diet Egg Muffin" to share with some friends and I had to say no to the egg muffins and other breakfast items I had seen in the grocery store because of this "Diet egg muffin". I love the muffins and egg recipes, but I couldn't stomach them. So I had to do a little research. "What is this Egg Muffin made out of ?"
I asked Mr. Abraham . He told me that it is made of all natural ingredients to be a healthy breakfast to make with a cup of coffee or tea. I didn't know what to think, so I looked on google and found a recipe on youtube that made this "Diet Egg Muffin" from scratch but not the recipe that Mr. Abraham posted on his blog. I was really curious to see if this would also be possible to make from scratch, so I decided to make this recipe and have more fun with the egg muffins.
My friend, Elisa , and I decided to go to Münster's "Naturköpf", which we like to do for dinner, to enjoy a delicious breakfast. This egg muffin was made from scratch, using only the fresh organic ingredients that we had for breakfast every day in the past few days. we found ourselves craving something quick and greasy last night.
