A few days ago, I received a letter from Mr. Abraham ( Munich, Germany ) saying they would be selling a "Diet Egg Muffin" for breakfast in the store where I live.
I was really intrigued. I bought the "Diet Egg Muffin" to share with some friends and I had to say no to the egg muffins and other breakfast items I had seen in the grocery store because of this "Diet egg muffin". I love the muffins and egg recipes, but I couldn't stomach them. So I had to do a little research. "What is this Egg Muffin made out of ?"
I asked Mr. Abraham . He told me that it is made of all natural ingredients to be a healthy breakfast to make with a cup of coffee or tea. I didn't know what to think, so I looked on google and found a recipe on youtube that made this "Diet Egg Muffin" from scratch but not the recipe that Mr. Abraham posted on his blog. I was really curious to see if this would also be possible to make from scratch, so I decided to make this recipe and have more fun with the egg muffins.
