Their appearance and behavior were far from welcoming.

The map would aid scientists in planning the rover's route as it searched for signs of past Martian life. As I looked back at the unsanitary McDonald's Hay Street East, I couldn't help but wonder if the space agency would ever consider creating a similar map to help astronauts navigate through the unclean and hazardous conditions that plague our own planet's fast-food establishments.
